Hey, I’m DJ Dub V, and I host a radio show called The Sac State Sunset, thanks to KSSU 1580AM and KSSU.com - Sac State’s Student-Run Radio Revolution. The Sac State Sunset broadcasts every Thursday from 8-10PM from KSSU.com & vibdesignstudio.com/dubv

On the show, we play the latest and greatest songs of Rap, Hip-Hop, and Reggaeton genres. We also have Sac State, local, national and world sports news thanks to B-Unit Rossman, our sports journalist in training. We also dish out the latest Hollywood gossip, thanks to gossip entrepreneur Grizz the Gossip Girl.

Aside from that madness, we field phone calls from listeners and fans from all over the world, take requests, give out movie passes and concert tickets, and anything else we like to give out to our listeners.

We like to feature local and upcoming talent, and since January 2008, we’ve been having local artists from all over California in the studio to interview, feature their work, and promote local music over a world-wide broadcast!
