This is THROWBACK THURSDAY, mi gente!!
B-Unit was in the studio for just a half hour; she had a huge migraine and had to check out after giving the Sports Report.
We talked about the latest developments in the homicide in the Sac State dorms - B-Unit had some new developments for us. She writes with the State Hornet - stay up to date with her stories & all Sac State news at www.statehornet.com
Next, we welcomed in local DJ and veteran in the hip hop scene, DJ Los ! After a little sit-down interview, he jumped on the turntables and mixed for the entire second half of the show!

Que tranza, mi gente?!!
We apologize for the one week hiatus - a huge storm rolled through Sacramento last week and knocked out our campus’s power…Ever since then, our studio’s equipment has not been functioning correctly.
In terms of sound quality, this episode might not be the best..
but INTERVIEWATIONALLY and MUSICALLY, this episode es lo mas chingon!!!

When B-Unit came in, the four of us talked about the on-campus brutality that had occurred with the death of a student. It was quite the week, and if you’d like more information on that, we invite you to www.statehornet.com, Sac State’s school newspaper.
At 9PM we said “nos vemos” to Dom and Fornati, and “bienvenidos” in Nifty, a very legit local talent here in Sacramento. We showcased three of his songs, and got down to some business with some hot talk and some funny things as well…you’re just gonna have to listen to the podcast to find out!

Fall into the Sac State talent, mi gente!
This week on the show we:
* Had an on-air court dilemma with Judge Judy
* Had a “B’s Bus Stop” story regarding a guy with gold teeth
* Dealt with a call full of nonsense from Rooster
* played new and local hip hop and reggaeton!
ON top of that, B-Unit did threw down a condensed version of her Sports Report and discussed her latest work of ink (a new tattoo).
at 9PM, we had local Sac State rapper NewB in the studio, along with his homie J-Gigz and manager Tina.
